MY OWN STRENGHTS AND WEAKNESSES

          God creates us different from one another. He makes us unique, with every imperfection, all the strengths and weaknesses. We should notice our own strength and weakness. Why? Because by realizing them, we would know how to face every possible problem that we might find in our daily life.  I am as a human being, have notice my own strengths and weaknesses. I am a nationalist, a hard worker, but – unfortunately- an introvert.

          Who doesn’t proud to be a nationalist? In this global era, a nationalist is so hard to find, well - that makes me proud to be a nationalist. Moreover, loving my country in its every aspect is such a wonderful feeling. Some people said “If you didn’t love Indonesia (nationalism), why do you still here? Go find another country to live in.” Exactly a good line, we must appreciate the place that gives us everything we need from the beginning, just like shelter and resources. How to be a nationalist? Simply just love your country, proud to be a part of it, and you can be a nationalist.

          The term hard-worker is usually related to people who work diligently, full with energy and commitment. Being a hard worker is a very beneficial for our living, because when we are not so intelligent, by working hard we could achieve more. It is said that a hard-worker is more important that the smart one, but the most perfect combination is how to work hard and smart.  I myself is not such a intelligent person. I always remind myself to work hard in every task in my daily life, but now I am trying to fulfill that ‘work hard and smart’ idea.

         An introvert could be best describes as the one who focuses primarily on their own mind, feelings, or affairs. Some say Introverts live in their own mind, because Introverts prefer silent and analyzing rather than speak up loudly bragging about something.

Introverts tend to live their life alone and put aside the abstract social live, just like prefer drinking tea at house with couple friends rather than go to a place full with strangers. I am an introvert. I have to admit that this is not a nice nature, but it has its own advantages. An introvert is a good analyst with their ‘deep’ thought. They could see a problem from many perspectives that they use their analysis to solve it later on. Although being an introvert has many minus points, just remember to change it into something plus, then it would not be a weakness anymore.

          As you can see, I just the same with anybody else, not a perfect human. I might be a nationalist who love my country very much and a hard-worker who tried to idealize the work hard, but I am also an introvert who lives in my own mind. In the end, the most important things are: how can we manage to appreciate our strengths, and turn our weaknesses into positive things of us.
